Things are changing in North Carolina. People are taking a stand. From rural Appalachia, to students left wondering where they fit in an world of debt and uncertainty, to working families forced to pay for corporate welfare instead of their own, the need for intervention work, both political and economic, in North Carolina is growing rapidly statewide. As this state endures so many shifts, we are looking to build as many student and community Coordinating Committee chapters as we can this year! We've had a lot of excitement about getting the Sobriety Test to our candidates and growing our organization. Our statewide chapter trainings now online and easier than ever. There's a renewed need for new chapters to organize, test the candidates, challenge those who use and abuse our power against us, and to solidify our path to a healthy place for our power to fuel our needs, not feed the greed that robs us everyday here in North Carolina and all over the country.
